Minimum Number of Adult Guests Required:

• Friday and Sunday 150
• Saturday 200

Maximum: Accommodations for up to 300 seated guests w/ a dance floor and head table

Ballroom Rental Fee of $500.00 includes:

• Rental period of 6 consecutive hours, our dinner service is required.
• Coat and door attendant
• Setup and cleanup
• White table cloths, napkins and skirting
• Ribbons and bows of your color choice, for main, cake and hors d'oeurves tables
• Cut and serve your wedding cake
• Use of the baby grand piano
• Table number signs for guests tables
• Photo easel

Discounts:

• Friday and Sunday Events
• $350.00 discount for 150 to 199 guests
• $1,000.00 discount for 200+ guests
• Complimentary Bar Upgrade

We give you the Premium Bar and only charge you for the select bar price. A discount that also saves you on your gratuity and tax.

Low Season Discounts:

• January, February and March
• We offer our Friday discounts on most Saturdays during these months.
• 150 minimum, $350.00 or $1,000.00 Discount plus the premium bar upgrade
• Please call for discounts on dates that are less then 4 months from now

Additional Rental Items:

• Silver or gold charger plates $1.00 each
• Mirrors for guest tables, eight sided w/beveled edge, $1.50 each
• Wedding Arch with mini white lights $50.00
• Floor length table linens (black, white or ivory) $12.00 each
• Double table linens (black, white or ivory) $4.00 each
• Colored napkins (25 colors) $.25 each
